Call for Annual Award for Corporate Volunteering (Deadline: 20/10/2015)

Nagrada za korporativno volontiranje - logoThe Forum for Corporate Responsibility and Smart Kolektiv invite all companies implementing employee volunteering programmes to apply for the call for the annual Award for Corporate Volunteering.

This year’s awards will be awarded in the categories:

  • Best volunteering programme, for the volunteering programme harmonized with the strategy of corporate social responsibility of the company and achieving long-term impact on the development of the local community and employees;
  • Most successful partnership in the local community, for the most successful partnership between a company and non-profit organizations when implementing employee volunteering programmes;
  • Employee development, for programmes particularly contributing to the development of specific skills, team spirit and sensitivity for local community problems among the company employees;
  • Result measurement, for the best methodology applied to monitoring and evaluation of the results of volunteer programmes;
  • Skill based volunteering, for programmes involving the donation of specific knowledge and skills, expertise or leadership to non-profit organizations and the community, to achieve sustainability, efficiency or capacity expansion;
  • Pro bono services, for professional engagement completed on a volunteer basis and without remuneration in the field of expertise of the company.

The call for companies is open until 20 October 2015. The winners will be decided by a jury composed of representatives of state institutions, companies, business associations, non-government and international organizations. The awards will be presented at a ceremony to be held in December 2015.
