Call for Research Proposals as Part of “Creating Educational Policies Based on Data and Research Results” Programme

Tim za socijalno uključivanje i smanjenje siromaštva - SIPRU - logoThe Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development are issuing a call under the title Programme for the Creation of Educational Policies based on Data and Research Results.

The programme will finance the implementation of studies and analyses, with the results to be used for creating and/or implementing public policies or preparing the legal framework.

The programme stimulates researchers at the beginning of their career to use the existing research materials and various available data sources from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and other relevant institutions.

The goal of the Programme is also raising the capacities of researchers to implement research of significance for public policy creators, as well as improving the capacities of public policy creators to use data and research findings to improve public policy.

The programme is financed by funds of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) as part of the project entitled “Support for the Improvement of the Social Inclusion Process in the Republic of Serbia – phase 2”. The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is providing support to the Government of the Republic of Serbia in improving the social inclusion process in the Republic of Serbia. The Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit provides support to the Government to coordinate, monitor, report and consult regarding activities in the field of social inclusion.
