Cvet uspeha za ženu zmajaThe Association of Businesswomen of Serbia issued the ninth call for the award “FLOWER OF SUCCESS FOR THE DRAGON LADY OF 2015”.

The “FLOWER OF SUCCESS FOR A DRAGON LADY” award represents a unique form of stimulation for businesswomen in Serbia who successfully handle the challenges of transition and additionally motivates women who are one step away from the decision to push off into the world of entrepreneurship.

As a brand for the Association of Businesswomen of Serbia, the award has been given out since 2007. During the past eight years, this event promoted around 400 women, with 95 receiving awards and commendations, and four of them also proclaimed as Ambassadors of the European Network of Women’s Entrepreneurship.

The award will be given under two categories: “most European women’s company” and women’s enterprise for “best employment model”, as well as the sub-category “self-employment”. In addition to the basic awards, the Association of Businesswomen of Serbia also retains the practice of rewarding the best women entrepreneurs with special commendations.

The right of participation in the call is open to all businesswomen in Serbia who are owners or have an owner’s share in an enterprise, regardless of the type of business activity.

The winners of the award “FLOWER OF SUCCESS FOR THE DRAGON LADY OF 2015” are decided by an expert jury comprised of representatives of the ABS, as well as women in management in institutions relevant for the development of women’s entrepreneurship.
