Published 12.12.2014.

evropski_progres - logoThe European PROGRES published a public call for financing projects for support to clusters in introducing innovative practices and a joint approach to the market. Clusters registered within the territory of 34 local self-governments from the south-east and south-west of Serbia involved in the implementation of this development programme have the right of participation.

The European Union and the Government of Switzerland, the donors of the European PROGRES, earmarked EUR 200,000 to support the improvement of competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, cluster members, through the introduction of new, or improvement of existing products, expanding the markets and the internationalization of business. The maximum value of individual projects is up to EUR 40,000, with clusters having to provide financial participation of at least ten per cent of the total value of the project.

The process of selecting projects for support will consist of two parts. The clusters preselected based on concept designs will be given technical support through individual consultation and trainings before submitting the final applications before the 13 March 2015 deadline. Informative sessions for the presentation of the details of the call to interested clusters will be held between 16 and 18 December in Novi Pazar, Vranje and Niš.

The documentation for applications and additional information regarding the projects is available at http://www.europeanprogres.org/pozivi/sr/
