Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is publishing its first Open Call for project proposals (“Better Region Starts with Youth”) which will be opened from 16 October 2017 until 15 November 2017. Eligible to apply are civil society organisations and secondary schools from the Western Balkans with projects in the fields of promoting the reconciliation in the region of the Western Balkans by increasing youth mobility, cooperation, and activism.
