Regional Cooperation Council – RCC
The Regional Cooperation Council is a successor of the Stability Pact for South East Europe. The main tasks of the Council are representation of the region, assistance in the implementation of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), follow-up on the regional activities, support to stronger inclusion of the civil society in regional activities as well as support to potential partners in their quality utilisation of international donor assistance, primarily Multi—beneficiary IPA of the European Union. The seat of the Council is in Sarajevo.
The members of the Council are: 12 SEECP member states (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Montenegro), Kosovo*, EU Troika (EU Council Secretariat, European Commission, the state presiding the European Union), as well as the states and institutions which actively support the process of regional cooperation in South East Europe through donations and other forms of support (46 members in all).
Currently, one of the most important tasks of the Council is to monitor the implementation of South East Europe 2020 (SEE 2020), which is complementary to the socio-economic development strategy of the European Union -”Europe 2020“ and which takes into account the specific characteristics of the region.

Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe – ERI SEE
The Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe represents a regional platform for cooperation in the field of education. It supports national reforms efforts in education by linking the EU initiatives and programmes, regional capacity building and exchange of experiences. The members of the Initiative are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Moldova, Macedonia, Serbia, and the observers being Kosovo*, Bulgaria and Romania. The seat of ERI SEE is in Belgrade.

South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning – SEECEL
South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning was founded in 2009 at the initiative of its current members: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Kosovo*, Serbia, Montenegro and Turkey. The activities of the Centre contribute to systemic development of lifelong entrepreneurial learning as a key competence aligned with the EU policies and practices, strengthening entrepreneurial thinking and environment, all of which at the regional level.

Regional School of Public Administration – ReSPA
Regional School of Public Administration was founded in 2006 to promote regional cooperation and strengthen capacities of public administration through organisation of seminars, conferences and establishing links within the region, but also between the region and the EU Member States. The school is located in Danilovgrad, Montenegro.

Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organisations – TACSO
Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organisations is a regional project of the European Union within the framework of activities of support to the civil society. It was launched in 2009 and extended until 2017, and its aim is to contribute to enhanced participation of the civil society organisations in the society through trainings, conferences and study trips.

Belgrade Declaration on Development of Social Entrepreneurship
Following the adoption of the Strasbourg Declaration on Social Entrepreneurship, the stakeholders from the Western Balkans and Turkey recognised the need for a thematically similar declaration to ensure that the countries not yet members of the EU be part of the future strategies of development of social entrepreneurship. This led to a Belgrade Declaration, which represents an example of functioning of regional cooperation even outside formal institutions.
