Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MDULS) launched a website call “Good Governance” with the www.dobrauprava.rs address. The purpose of the website is to inform the public about the progress of the public administration and about the flow and exchange of data between official records.

The “Good Governance” website is designed to be an interactive portal where citizens can find information on their rights regarding administrative proceeding when there is an exchange of data between various official records and familiarise themselves with the operating system of administrative institutions. Furthermore, the users are able to fill in questionnaires and send letters to the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, thus actively participating in the supervision of the public administration and the entire process of its reform.
