As part of the competition “Ideas for a Better Tomorrow”, the 60 applications that successfully passed the administrative control of the documentation were forwarded to the commission members for evaluation. The members of the evaluation commission were representatives of the “Ana i Vlade Divac” Foundation, Smart Kolektiv, UniCredit bank and the Tourist Association of Serbia.

Although the plan was to select the 20 best ideas, the commission decided to select 25 applications for the second round of the competition. The next step in the process of selecting the best business ideas is visiting the 25 best ranked candidates. The visits to the candidates are aimed at determining the true capacities for implementing the business idea and for comparing the findings in the field with the data listed in the application. Thereafter, 20 candidates will be selected and provided with expert support in writing a business plan for applying for grants.

The total fund for awarding grants is EUR 45,000.
