At the session held on November 25, 2015, the Government of AP of Vojvodina reminded that the results achieved in the field of gender equality in AP of Vojvodina are verified by awarding the Annual Award to prominent individuals and organizations. This year, the Government of the Autonomous Province will award Ksenija Vlaović from Novi Sad and the association “…Out of the Circle – Vojvodina” from Novi Sad.

Ksenija Vlaović is an entrepreneur from Novi Sad, a member of the Union of Employers of Vojvodina and the Executive Director of the “Futura” d.o.o enterprise from Petrovaradin. Additionally, Ksenija Vlaović is the President of the Vojvodina Association of Women Entrepreneurs. Since 2015 she has also been the Ambassador of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day under the auspices of the United Nations. Through her activism, Ksenija Vlaović has achieved significant results in implementing a policy of equal opportunities for women and men in the area of entrepreneurship and public life and provided valuable support to initiatives for empowering women from particularly vulnerable groups in the AP of Vojvodina.
