The annual meeting of the European Training Foundation Forum for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training was held in Turin during 10-13 July 2018. The meeting is the second of its kind as part of a project (2017-2020) initiated by ETF in cooperation with EU partners for support to the modernization and improvement of the quality assurance system in vocational education in South-Eastern Europe and Southern and Eastern Mediterranean countries. The meeting was attended by the advisor-coordinator of the Institute for the Improvement of Education Tatijana Glišić Milutinović, as the nominated national contact point for participation in the Forum and implementation of results in the national context.
The key topics of the meeting have been grouped under three segments: Presentation of current activities and developmental achievements in the field of quality assurance in member countries of the Forum; Novelties and trends in quality assurance in vocational education at the EU level – activities of the European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training Network (EQAVET), particularly in the field of improving the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQARF) in vocational education; the adoption and revision of the Plan of Work of the Forum.
