The fifth BOSIFEST 2014 – International Film Festival of persons with disabilities will be held in Belgrade 2 to 4 June 2014. The film festival will be organised by Hendi Centre Koloseum, and the call for films is opened until 22 March.
The aim of founding BOSIFEST is to turn public attention to the creative potential of participants on the public cultural scene as well as dissemination of the message that the persons with disabilities should have the same rights and responsibilities as other citizens. This is the only festival of this kind in South Eastern Europe.
To date, mora than 180 movies focusing on the life of persons with disabilities or created by persons with disabilities were shown on BOSIFEST.
