UNESCO has published the sixth call for financing projects from the International Fund for Cultural Diversity.
Cultural diversity is one of the key terms representing the foundation for the impact of culture in sustainable social development programmes, along with combatting the negative effects of the economic, technological and political globalization. The selection of projects to be supported by the Fund consists of two phases: first, the pre-selection process involved the national level and the selection of project proposals by a commission formed for this occasion by the competent ministry (Ministry of Culture and Information) and the National Commission for UNESCO. The maximum amount applied for with the Fund for programmes/projects is USD 100,000.
All interested institutions, government and non-government organizations need to fill out the electronic application for project proposals by 15 April 2015.
