The ministry of justice hereby invites all citizens and the professional public to become familiar with the new version of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code, drafted considering the suggestions received up to date, and to provide their comments.

Objections, proposals, suggestions and comments can be submitted by e-mail to: vlado.bojicic@mpravde.gov.rs; or by mail to: Ministarstvo pravde, Beograd, Nemanjina br. 22-26 with a note: „Za javnu raspravu o Nacrtu zakona o izmenama i dopunama Krivičnog zakonika” (For the public discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code).
