The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the European Union (EASME) announced an open call within the COSME programme for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in the fashion industry and tourism.
Projects aimed at developing new products and materials, design and production, retail and marketing are eligible to apply, as well as projects aimed at developing creative industries in different areas of tourism (active tourism, business tourism, cultural tourism, etc.) on the EU market or on other international markets.
This instrument of the COSME programme is focused on the promotion and providing support to accelerators, incubators and other organisations supporting high-tech, innovative and creative start-up companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The total amount of the budget of the open call is 2.6 million EUR, out of which 1.6 million EUR is for the fashion industry and 1 million EUR is for tourism, while the co-financing per project is up to a maximum of 75% of the total project value.
The application is to be submitted electronically via an account on the Portal for Participants by 5 pm on 19 October 2017.
