There were 31 applications received based on a public call for good practice examples in inclusive education published in June 2018 on the website of the Network for Support to Inclusive Education in cooperation with UNICEF and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. The selection committee comprised of representatives of all three partners unanimously decided to award the following examples:
- “Transition of students from vulnerable groups from primary to secondary school” by author Dragica Miražić Nemet, psychologist and civic education teacher at PS “Sonja Marinković” from Novi Sad
- “Darija’s Story”, by authors Marica Ušumović Sič, class education teacher, and Branka Bešlić, psychologist at PS “Sonja Marinković” from Subotica
- “Porcelain Girl”, by author Nataša Veselinović, pedagogue at Tehnoart Belgrade, School for Mechanical Engineering and Art Crafts from Belgrade
- “Flexibility as Support” by author Spomenka Divljan, psychologist and pedagogue at PI “Radost” from Novi Banovci
- “First Written Essay in V Grade” by author Ljiljana Jović, Serbian language and literature teacher at PS “Jovan Jovanović Zmaj” from Surdulica
- “Inclusion of a vision impaired student in career guidance activities – preparation for studying in accordance with affirmative measures”, by authors Ljudmila Rakočević, philosophy professor and coordinator of the Career Guidance and Counselling Team, and Snežana Vujačić, psychologist and headmistress at the “Branko Radičević” gymnasium from Stara Pazova
The call organizers wish to congratulate the authors of the awarded good inclusive practice examples.
In addition to the six awarded examples, a certain number of quality good practice examples were received that will, after approval by the authors, be published on the Network website.
