More than six years after the adoption of the first National Youth Strategy in the Republic of Serbia and at the behest of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with the financial support of the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), an independent team of experts initiated an external evaluation of the implementation of the National Youth Strategy with accompanying Action Plan for the period 2008-2014. After deliberating on the comments received to the Draft Evaluation Report, the expert team prepared the final version of the report currently available in English here.

Since the Ministry of Youth and Sports started drafting the second National Youth Strategy in mid-2014, the recommendations provided by the independent expert team were included in the Draft National Youth Strategy 2015-2025.
