The Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Finance – Department for Contracting and Financing of EU-funded programmes (CFCU), in cooperation with the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro is launching the First Call for Proposals.
The projects will be financially supported by the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia-Montenegro budget for 2014 and 2015.
The objectives of the freshly launched First call for proposals under the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia-Montenegro 2014-2020 are to be implemented through two thematic priorities:
- Promotion of employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border, with the specific objective of increasing employability and employment opportunities;
- Environmental protection, promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management, with the specific focus on the protection of natural resources.
Deadline for submission of concept notes is January 26, 2018.
Under this Call for Proposals, an amount of EUR 2.04 million has been allocated and will be awarded as a donation (grant assistance), while beneficiaries would provide co-financing of a minimum 15 % of the total budget of the project proposed, either from their own or from sources other than the European Union Budget. The minimum grant amount per contract is EUR 120.000.000, while the maximum is EUR 400.000.000.
