Aiming to maximize the quality of communication with citizens and accelerate the resolution of problems being reported to the Call Centre of the Municipality of Paraćin, as of recently utility problems can be reported through the free Android app “Paraćin – Utility Problem”.

This app can be used to report problems with public lighting, collection of garbage, maintenance of water supply and sewage network, roads and streets, dead animals on public surfaces, stray dogs, illegal parking, occupation of public surfaces or damage to public surfaces, i.e. all the problems under the competence of municipal services and public enterprises.

The app “Paraćin – Utility Problem” can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play store.
