Civic Initiatives prepared a Handbook for Administrative and Financial Management in Associations, which is the result of many years of efforts invested in seeking an optimal model of administrative and financial management in civil society organizations. At the same time, this entails compliance with all relevant regulations of the Republic of Serbia and specific donor requirements, as well as effective management of human resources within the team, so that the implementation of programme activities will not be slowed down or overburdened with procedures.
The Handbook was created in response to the real needs of civil society recognized over the three years of joint activities with the TACSO office in Serbia, and with the hope that it will facilitate the daily functioning of the associations, and thus maintain the existing level of motivation for true civic activism, which is often conditioned by the overcoming of various administrative obstacle.
