Tim za socijalno uključivanje i smanjenje siromaštva

World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the Safety and Health at Work Day in Serbia were marked on 28 April. Marking this day aims to promote prevention of occupational injuries and diseases on a global level.

In 2010, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on the establishment of the Health and Safety at Work Day in the Republic of Serbia, and as of that year, the 28^th of April is regularly marked with promotional activities.

Fifteen national “April the 28^th” awards, comprised of Charters, Plaques and Commendations, were awarded for contributions, merits and results achieved in the field of health and safety at work to legal entities, entrepreneurs, higher education institutions, trade union organisations and individuals.
