The Autonomous Women Centre has changed the hotline number. The number 011 266 2222 is open each work day 10 to 20h.

The hotline service and the individual consultations employ specially educated consultants with long experience in working with women survivors of trauma of male violence.

The support to women rendered through consultations aims to empower women to break away from violence. The consultants are guided by the main principles that all the experiences are confidential, that the statement of victims is trusted and that the abuser is responsible for violence.
