Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-government, with the financial support of the European Union and the Council of Europe, is organising two-day training courses called “Human Resource Management in the Local Self-government.” The objective of the regional training is to familiarise the participants with the detailed information on the Law on employees in autonomous provinces and local self-government units, as well as to improve their knowledge necessary for implementing all steps and activities envisaged by the Law. This will enable the establishment of the new human resources management system in local self-governments.
These training courses are aimed at employees who are or will be directly involved with personnel matters or human resources – public/city administration officials, i.e. administration employees responsible for personnel matters and human resources management in local self-governments.
