The Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of the Republic of Serbia is publishing the analysis of the decile distribution of the income and consumption in Serbia for the period 2006-2018. Due to the improvement of the Household Budget Survey Questionnaire, data presenting the share of persons for whom social transfers (financial social assistance, child benefits, etc.) are the main source of income, became available for the first time in 2018. In addition, compared to the previous year – for the first time, the readers can access the data on the decile top cut-off points, i.e. the highest equivalent consumption/income of each tenth of the population.
The data on the decile distribution of the income and consumption for the period 2006-2018 can be downloaded from this link, and the data for only 2018 can be found on this link.
The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, as the competent institution, performed the data processing.
