Private sector employers based in Kragujevac who will, during 2017, employ persons from the hard-to-employ categories can count on receiving subsidies in the amount of 150,000 and 180,000 RSD per person. The public call for these subsidies was implemented by the National Employment Service and the local self-government.
The subsidies are applicable for unemployed persons from the hard-to-employ category such as young people up to the age of 30 without qualifications or with low qualifications, or young people seeking employment more than 12 months; persons older than 50; unemployed persons registered with the National Employment Service due to surplus; members of the Roma community; persons with disabilities; beneficiaries of financial public assistance who are able to work; young people up to the age of 30 with the status of children of fallen soldiers; young people up to the age of 30 who have or had the status of children without parental care; victims of trafficking and victims of domestic violence.
The employer is obliged to establish a full-time employment for the unemployed person for whom he will receive the subsidy, while the National Employment service will monitor the realization of the contractual obligation for 12 months.
Deadline for applying for the participation in the public call is 31 July 2017.
