The National Alliance for Local Economic Growth – NALED published the Report for the 1st Quarter of 2014 in mid-May 2014.
The Report aims to inform the public on the status of implementation of regulatory reforms in Serbia and includes systemic recommendations of NALED, the implementation of which would create a more favourable conditions for businesses operation.
NALED report analyzes the status of regulatory reform with a special focus on the priority recommendations of the businesses related to the changes of the Law on Planning and Constructiopn, Labour Law, Law on Expropriation as well as to the reforms of inspectorates.
The report also offers an analysis of the draft law governing charges for use of public property, receivership and privatization, status of implementation of the recommendations made in the Gray Book and SRP, as well as the overview of the Barometer of Bylaws.
