WeBER – Project Improving the Capacity of Civil Society Organisations in the Western Balkans to participate in Monitoring of Public Administration Reform is publishing the Open Call for the Small Grant Facility for Support to Civil Society Monitoring of Public Administration Reform at Local Level.

WeBER is being financed by the European Union and co-financed by the
Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The deadline for application is 17 March 2017.
