For the fourth year in a row we are organising the ‘New Technologies in Education’ conference and fair with the aim to improve the quality of education in this part of the world through the use of information and communication technologies. The event will be held in Belexpocentar and premises of Holiday Inn hotel in Belgrade, from 9 to 11 February 2017.
Through this event we wish to provide the teaching and nonteaching members of staff from pre-school institutions, schools, universities and other organisations involved in education with the opportunity for professional development in order to become more innovative, modernise the learning process and realise all the possibilities provided by new technologies.
On the other hand, we wish to support small entrepreneurs and big companies that want to present their technological products and services which can change education of future generations. By connecting education and ICT sectors we will help to close the digital skills gap and prepare young people for digital world of work.
At the event you will be able to hear leading EdTech experts and find inspiration by experimenting with new technologies. Every year, ‘New Technologies in Education’ show is an opportunity to meet other passionate educators, innovators, enthusiasts and partners not only from the region, but the whole world.
Participation is free of charge and presentations will be held in Serbian and English language. The conference programme will be held in several halls during three days of the event and in parallel with this a versatile fair programme will include a great number of exhibitors from this region and beyond.

For the fourth year in a row, ‘New Technologies in Education 2017’ show will gather some of the best speakers who will present their experiences of using ICT at different levels of education.
By now, we had a chance to hear over 200 speakers from the Western Balkans, UK and the rest of the world who had shared their knowledge about the use of education technologies through their presentations, panel discussions and case studies.
If you work in education, IT or HR, we invite you to present your ideas about using Information and Communication Technologies at the ‘New Technologies in Education 2017’ show and share your examples and experiences in ICT with colleagues.
Because of the large number of participant who didn’t have the time to apply, we have decided to prolong the application for presenters until 13 Novber 2016. All presentations submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account. You can apply by filling out the application form for speakers.

‘New Technologies in Education 2017’ show is organised with the aim to help teachers, professors, head teachers, HR managers, IT consultants, entrepreneurs and other teaching and nonteaching staff to find out more about the trends in education technology through networking, explore innovations in technology and learning, hear experts from these areas and discover technological challenges of the future.
Within the conference programme, participants will have the opportunity to hear more about the use of ICT in:
- preschool education
- primary and secondary / VET education
- higher education
- inclusive education
- leadership
- development of HR.
Presenters from the Western Balkans, UK and other countries will talk about these and other topics and in parallel with the conference programme, participants will have the opportunity to visit the fair where they will have a chance to see the newest achievements and modern IT products and services presented by different companies, publishing houses, schools and universities, which they can use in everyday work.

If you plan to bring underage students to this event, you need to fill this group application form and print the Child Protection Policy Document that each student under 18 has to hand in at the registration desk on the day of the event. This document has to be signed by a parent or a legal guardian or we will not be able to let minors participate in the event.
The application is open until 20 January 2017.
