In collaboration with UNHCR, Praxis organised a round-table discussion titled Implementation of the Law on Non-Contentious Proceedings and the Law on Permanent and Temporary Residence of Citizens. These legislative solutions are aimed at facilitating registration in the birth registry and establishing residence at the addresses of social work centres, and the implementation of the two laws has already encountered difficulties.
