In collaboration with the association Rom, the Serbian-Romani Dictionary with Grammar and an Orthography Guide by Bajram Haliti was presented in Valjevo. Haliti’s work is considered the world’s first Romani dictionary.

This is a dictionary of standard language, rather than the vernacular spoken by the people, and it provides a basis for education of the new Roma generations.
