The competition for the new generation of mentors within the “Share Your Knowledge – Become a Mentor” programme has been opened for the seventh consecutive year. The programme is being implemented by the Embassy of the United States of America in Belgrade, ERSTE Bank, Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the European Movement in Serbia.
Young women with at least six months of relevant professional engagement (volunteering, internship, employment, etc.) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia are invited to submit their applications. The programme provides special support to young women agriculture entrepreneurs and Roma women.
The main goal of the project “Share Your Knowledge – Become a Mentor” is the professional and personal empowerment of women in our society, through the exchange of experiences and knowledge. The programme is based on the idea that successful, professional women, leaders in different professions share their knowledge and experiences with young women with similar interests, thus contributing to the creation of opportunities for young women to improve their career path, with the intention of achieving progress and setting a healthy basis for future long-term cooperation.
The competition is opened from October 1, until November 30.
