The Forum of Youth with Disabilities has been working intensively on the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market since 2008. To this end, the association developed a programme for the employment of persons with disabilities and achieved cooperation with around 50 companies, small and medium enterprises. The implementation of the programme enabled the employment of over 300 persons with disabilities.
The forum has a database of biographies of persons with disabilities seeking employment, organizing trainings and workshops with the aim of improving competitiveness in the labour market and actively working on the improvement of the context for the employment of persons with disabilities.
A short film has been produced on the above activities of the association, Employment of Persons with Disabilities (2016), speaking of the experiences of those involved in various parts of the programme.
