The main objective of the Technology Transfer Programme (Programme TTF) is the commercialization of scientific research by bringing together researchers from the academia and the private sector, and by strengthening the local technology transfer organizations at the universities in Serbia.

This program is part of the EUR 6.9 million Serbia Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer Project. The project is funded by the European Union from its IPA pre-accession (IPA 2013) funds in the amount of EUR 4.9 million and co-funded by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Serbian private sector in the amount of EUR 1 million each. It is implemented by the Innovation Fund in cooperation with the World Bank.
