The European Commission has developed an interactive map of regions, cities and municipalities that are committed to Roma integration, with a view to supporting the initiatives aimed at integrating the Roma into the local communities.
Social inclusion of the Roma is a responsibility of EU institutions and member states, but it is crucial to involve local governments in the process of creating concrete measures to change the life of Roma communities.
