The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development has started the consultation process for the draft of the Digital Competency Framework – The Teacher for the Digital Age which has been created with the aim to support teachers from the educational system in Serbia in the process of integrating digital contents into the everyday practice.
The Document lists and defines skills, objectives and expected outputs that constitute the corpus of digital competencies of the teaching profession. Teachers can use this Document to assess their own skills and reflect on their practice, as well as to identify steps to be taken towards their professional development. Trainers can find this document useful for improving the quality and relevance of their professional training courses, while the decision-makers can use it to assess and revise existing regulations and create support programmes.
