The first international course on the subject of “Human Rights as a Universal Ideal: Global Threats and Challenges” will be held from 23 until 27 October in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Course is organised by International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights, UNESCO Category II, and it is aimed at high-ranking officials from national governments and international institutions, researchers, academics and the staff of civil society organisations dealing with the protection and promotion of human rights. The Centre is covering the cost of the course expenses, accommodation and transfers for selected candidates.
The applications can be sent electronically from 15 July until 15 August 2017. Selected candidates will be notified via email before 15 September.
