The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development will provide all free textbooks for students from socially vulnerable families beginning from the new school year. In addition to elementary school students from financially vulnerable families, secondary school students will also receive all free textbooks in the form of free guidebooks beginning from the new school year.

The new approach will raise righteousness and disable abuse, stimulate the development of missing guidebooks which will result in the long-term solution of the problem with the lack of textbooks. In addition to this, a bigger share of free educational contents will be provided modeled on the educational policies of leading countries in this area.

Six hundred million dinars is anticipated in the Ministry budget for free textbooks while the Ministry assigned additional 134 million dinars at the end of March for providing lacking textbooks in the national minority languages.
