The SOS Children’s Villages Serbia Foundation is publishing an Open Call for the Training of Trainers who will implement trainings on the territory of the Republic of Serbia aimed at professionals working in the system of alternative care and children’s rights, within the “Alternative Care and Children’s Rights in Serbia” project.
The main objective of the Project is to contribute to the improved practice of child rights for children in alternative care. By using high-quality training modules, contextual manuals and other training materials, the trainers who complete the training will continue contributing to the capacity building which is based on children’s rights and in line with the main principles envisaged by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. National trainers will conduct trainings on the rights of children in the system of alternative care with as many professionals from the child care system in Serbia as possible.
The deadline for submission of applications is 17 August 2018.
