The Serbian National Contact Centre for Child Safety on the Internet has started operating. The citizens can report Internet abuse and any endangerment of the safety of children on the Internet by dialling 198-33, sending an email to bit@mtt.gov.rs, or by filling in the electronic form on the www.pametnoibezbedno.gov.rs portal.

The National Contact Centre for Child Safety on the Internet was established by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunication based on the Regulation on Safety and Protection of Children when using the information and communications technologies.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, as well as the Public Prosecutor’s Office are all collaborating with the Centre.
