The Government of Serbia adopted the Action Plan for Implementing the National Youth Strategy for the Period 2015 to 2017 during its session on 6 August 2015, enabling the more effective operation of all youth policy entities during the first three years of application of the National Youth Strategy adopted for the period until 2025.
Since the Action Plan should guide all bodies, organizations, institutions, individuals and all other stakeholders in implementing the goals of the National Youth Strategy, the document precisely determines the roles and responsibilities of the implementation bearers, as well as the institutional mechanisms to enable the achievement of the desired results and achievement of the overall strategic goals. Therefore, the three-year Action Plan contains activities to be implemented in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and details the indicators to monitor the degree of implementation of activities, the time required for achieving the envisaged goals, results and activities, the degree of implementation, the bearers and participants of the implementation process, defines the total required funds for implementation, as well as the mechanism for monitoring the implementation, evaluation and reporting.
