The TragFoundation competition for the Active Communities Programme is in progress.

The initiatives should refer to the local community; they should encourage active involvement of citizens and ensure wider benefit for the local community using local potentials and resources, as well as cooperation with other sectors at the local level. The Programme is not limited to specific themes. Therefore, the project proposals submitted may relate to various areas: culture, ethnic tolerance and cooperation, working with children and the youth, intergenerational cooperation, environmental protection, participation of the public in the decision-making processes, assistance to vulnerable groups and their inclusion, etc. The main objective of the Active Communities Programme is the promotion and development of local communities in Serbia, by encouraging the active participation of citizens in problem-solving processes.

The new application deadline for projects is June 10, 2016, at 05:00 p.m.
