The web application Whistleblower won the second prize in the contest titled “Promotion of Communication between Citizens and Public Authorities through Internet”, organised by the Digital Agenda Administration last year.

The aim of the application is to enable all citizens to report problems in their communities to local self-governments. The application allows for quick identification of problems and their timely resolution. An additional feature of the application is the option to review all problems reported by citizens, as well as to check their current status. This option increases the transparency and efficiency of local authorities.
