The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Agency of the European Union published a call within the COSME programme for improving the quality of cluster operation in providing professional services to small and medium-sized enterprises (COS-CLUSTER-2015-3-02 Clusters Excellence Programme).
The public call – Clusters Excellence Programme – is aimed at improving and empowering cluster management for providing better quality professional services to small and medium enterprises. The support to cluster operation will encompass activities geared towards developing innovation, growth, and an improved approach of small and medium-sized enterprises to foreign markets.
Applications are to be submitted in electronic form, by 31 March 2016 at 17:00 hours.
