The association “Da se zna!”, in cooperation with the Belgrade municipality of Vračar and the Božidarac Cultural Institution, has opened a Counselling Service for LGBT+ persons.
The association states that this cooperation is extremely important for the LGBT+ community in several aspects, because on the one hand, LGBT+ individuals will be able to undergo consultations for legal or psychological support in this space, while on the other hand, citizens will have a place to get informed about the LGBT+ community.
This result was achieved as part of the project “Public Advocacy in Local Communities”. The activities are part of the project “Community voice on EU integration – Incentive for a dialogue of CSOs and local authorities on public policies”.
The project is being implemented by a consortium of civil society organizations led by the Trag Foundation in cooperation with the National Coalition for Decentralization, the Media and Reform Centre Niš, the FORCA Civil Action Forum, Eurocontact, Centre for the Development of Civil Society, Timok Youth Centre, Educational Centre Kruševac and Proaktiva.
