Tim za socijalno uključivanje i smanjenje siromaštva

The Association of Business Women in Serbia, together with their partner organisations, Associations of Business Women all across Serbia, and their project partners celebrated the international “Girls in ICT Day” for the sixth year in a row.

The activities organised on this occasion aim to empower girls to choose their future profession based on their personal interests and talents, and not to be influenced by stereotypes. “Girls in ICT Day” was celebrated throughout Serbia in 18 cities, where girls from more than 60 primary schools had the opportunity to interact with successful women from more than 70 companies.

The Project was implemented by: the Association of Business Women in Serbia, Telenor Foundation, Schneider Electric Ltd, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) with two projects Youth Employment Promotion (YEP) and Reform of Vocational Education and Training in Serbia (VET), Youth Office and the Inventiva Centre.
