The Government of the Republic of Serbia announced on 16 March that it is fully dedicated to the European path and it is trying to completely, and in accordance with the deadlines, meet all obligations in the process of Serbia’s accession to the EU.

At the Government session it was emphasized that the Government of Serbia is investing considerable efforts in keeping pace with the preparations for opening all chapters in Serbia’s negotiations for accession to the European Union. It was assessed that progress was made in the application of the Brussels Agreement, and that the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as stated, is dedicated to resolving problems and providing the conditions for the sustainable survival and stabilization of the situation in the southern province.

The session of the Government of the Republic of Serbia was also attended by the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Michael Davenport.
