Republic Institute for Social Care, with the support from UNICEF, announced a public call for the submission of proposals for the concept of a training programme which will provide the personal attendants’ service to children. Between 15 applications, the Commission has chosen the concept entitled “Personal Attendant to a Child – Step by Step.” It was drafted by the Society for Cerebral and Child Paralysis organisation from Ivanjica, and it will develop further with support under the project.

The objective of the project is to provide the prerequisites for capacity building necessary for the realisation of the service Personal Attendant to a Child. It belongs to the group of services which support independent living.
