Over 150 teachers, professional associates and school principals completed the final training sessions of the “Razvionica” project for implementing the programme for online professional teacher development.

During the coming six weeks they will be implementing training for approximately 7500 teachers from 122 primary schools, gymnasiums and vocational secondary schools in Serbia, participating in the project. This type of training is a step outside current practices and represents the largest and most massive online teacher training in the region.

The goal of “Razvionica” is the development of education in Serbia through strengthening the “knowledge triangle” comprised of education, research and innovation, as well as through improving the performance of the educational system. The goals of “Razvionica” also include more interesting, more efficient and better quality learning, the improvement of the professional development of teachers and students, establishing permanent and successful cooperation between researchers, practitioners and educational policy creators, as well as establishing an educational policy based on valid indicators and research findings.
