On 15 September, the Republic Statistical Office stated the average proceeds available to households in Serbia on a monthly basis amounted to RSD 55,280. The major share in the available proceeds was that of revenues from the regular employment (46.7 %) and pensions (34.4 %).

Household personal expenditures amounted to RSD 50,827 with the greatest share being the expenditures for food and beverages (39.4 %) and for rent, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (15.7 %), followed by transportation expendityres (8.7 %), other personal items and other services (5.6 %), clothing and footwear (4.9 %), communications ( 4.9 %), spirits and tobacco (4.5 %) and furniture and maintenance costs (4.5 %).
