The first Centre for Social Entrepreneurship will be established in Belgrade, with the purpose of helping socially disadvantaged people to become employed more easily through professional and appropriate support.
According to an estimate, there are 17,000 potential beneficiaries of this Centre in Belgrade alone.
In addition to space for exhibition and sales, where products of already existing social enterprises will be displayed, the Centre will also include training facilities, offering concrete occupational courses to interested persons.
The City of Belgrade has supported the establishment of the Centre by allocating a total of RSD 50,692,000 in this year’s budget.
