During the last three years, the Youth Office of the Municipality of Raška has worked on improving the quality of life and improving the status of young people aged 15 to 30. The motivation of young people from Raška has been raised to a higher level through the implementation of several dozens of activities and fourteen projects based on the current Local Youth Action Plan of the Municipality of Raška. Young people in Raška are in everyday contact with representatives of the Youth Office and use formal and informal forms of influence on creating youth policy in the Municipality of Raška.

The projects that contributed to the employment of 16 young persons in local companies and institutions and, next year, of at least 25 more persons from Raška, referred to developing entrepreneurial spirit, training and employing young people within local internship programmes and professional training in welding and soldering.
